West Sussex Counselling is based in Worthing and offers individual and group counselling for adults, parents and couples. We offer confidential and caring help to support people with difficult relationships, life events, or issues so they realise their own abilities to get the most out of their lives. We also offer supervision and consultancy.

I am Gina Sweeting, the founding member of West Sussex Counselling, and am a qualified and experienced counsellor.
